We like it! ;)

And I just had another gift for my self for my birthday. =D

Actually it's not really a gift, trip lang. I actually planned to have a henna tattoo on my nape last week pa, and I got the chance kanina lang and of course with the gang.

I had a stardust inspired design on my nape down to the middle of my back and another one at the back of my right ear, also inspired by the same design.

At muntikan pang hindi matuloy ang pagpapalagay namin nito since we got to RD Plaze wherein there is a stall na gumagawa ng real tattoo and henna eh minalas kami. They're doing henna tattoos just every Wednesday and Saturday. So we had all the means and ways para lang matahimik kami at makontento. So we went to another place, hoping that they are having such service. But no, hindi sila gumagawa even real tattoos.

Until our last option, we rushed our way to Purok Malakas and a place that was named starting with the letter B. hahaha. Funny, forgot th name! Stupido!hahaha So finally, we waited for almost an hour before the artist arrived to the said place. At sosyal ang place ha kasi may Code of Ethics pang nakalambitin sa wall nila with all the proud pictures of their obras and bunch of designs for their customers to choose from.

Matino pa mga isipan namin para magpadrawing sa katawan namin!hahaha And there, I go first at excited ako sa outcome. Next is Teves with her fake tribal-inspired tattoo drawn on her lower back, just above her butt cleavage and Jammy on the top of her right boob having the same design as mine.

Taaadaaaa! The finished products!n_____n

My back with its Rihanna inspired tattoo. =D

Just at the inner back of my right ear another stardust piece.

Jammy's right boob. Super struggle sa pagpapatuyo. hahaha

And Teves' fatty back.hahaha! Cool.

Si Lenard ay masaya! =D

Gawd! I just had my happiest day of my entire life! I have my "Patrick the Starfish" stuff toy na! Dyos ko! Isang mahabang taon ko tong inantay at pinagipunan.

Si Patrick ay galing sa World of Fun (WOF) sa KCC Mall. Kaya isang taon akong nag ipon ng tickets from the "Piso Game" and ewan anong tawag dun sa larong yun na basta mashoot ang ball sa butas with the corresponding number of tickets eh yun ang matatanggap mo.

Patrick is worth 3,675 tickets. Imagine? And dami!

When we got to WOF (of course with the gang. At dahil supportive ang aking tropa eh naglaro kami nung "ball game" at nakapagcollect kami ng 706 tickets in just 30 minutes. Kasi once na napacount mo na ang tickets mo eh you have to exchange it within that day only. Kaya! But I don;t have regrets, basta I have Patrick the Starfish now!

Ai! May souvenir nga pala ako, i forgot to have a picture nung exact count ng tickets but I have the picture nung kinukuha na si Patrick sa kanyang lungga.

Patrick is just one of my birthday wishes. I still have lots of things na gusto kong makuha at matanggap sa aking birthday. I might post them here on Friday para naman magka idea na kayo kung saan ako magiging masaya.hahaha. Joke.

After Patrick, I want Kerokeropi! Hai.

I LOVE PATRICK THE STARFISH!!!! =D

A Poem.

“A Love Story”

It was the 14th of February

It’s Valentines Day

Lovers and couples over the streets

But it’s an ordinary day for me

A “pop!” sounded from my facebook

It’s you, yes, it’s you

And a crooked smirk was painted on my face

Started with a “Hi!”

Followed by thoughts and laughs

I didn’t know you much,

You don’t have much of me either

But the feeling is mutual

Days have passed

We enjoyed and shared what we have

We laugh on our lamest thoughts

And now I can say that the feeling is mutual

The next day we had a walk

You paused and took a deep breath

Word started to mumble

“Maybe it’s time”

“A time for what?” I said

Butterflies has taken their place in my tummy

Waiting for the next words

“Thanks for making me feel this way,

I feel happiness”

Three words followed, “I love you”

Now, you are holding my hand

Closer to your heart,

Feeling that it beats for me

The next thing I knew

I was hugging you tightly

And now the feeling is mutual

We had great times

We had dinners

We had talks

We had joy rides

We had us.

We sat on the ground and feeling the sky

You gave the best hug in the world

All we know is we are both happy.

You are leaving for a vacation

“How long will it take?”

“A week or two maybe”, you answered

I started to feel sad.

My day won’t end without seeing you.

“It won’t be that long”, you explained

You gave me a relief by holding my hand

“As long as you come back to me,

And promise you won’t change.” I pleaded

And replied “I won’t, I promise.”

Days and weeks counted

Things suddenly changed

I knew there was something wrong

But you said you’ll come back,

being the same as before.

But I learned to hold on,

I trusted on how I feel.

Long wait is over

I can feel your hug again

I can touch your hands again

I can smell your scent again

You have come back.

I have you back now.

We had our dinner

Ate our favorite steak dish

I asked, “Are you still you?”

“Yes, of course”, you assured

Driving our way to your place

And finally said “Goodnight”

But I feel different

But I hold on to what I feel for you

Until the day has finally come

You have the courage to tell

Tell what you feel

“I love you. I don’t want to leave you. But..”

I felt a sudden mood swing

“But I’m not happy anymore.”

Tears rolled down and a pinch in my heart

“But why?” I cried

I tried to fool my self

Maybe you’re just playing games

But everything was real

I don’t know why we ended this way

Everything seemed to perfect.

Everything seemed to be happy.

Everything was about you and me.

But things has changed

And learning to let you go is the key.

I have set you free.

It doesn’t mean I gave up,

I just love you so much.

You taught me a lesson

People come.

People change.

People go.

And I realized,

After crying my self to sleep

Learn how to love your self,

before she learned to love her self more.

Now, I’m starting to move on

I remembered our happy past

I never cried,

I just smiled and said

“No goodbyes, just later

This was my self made poem (hindi sa kinakarir ko ang pagsusulat ano). So, I made this one as our assignment sa aming Socio class. Our teacher gave us the instruction to have the hard copy on acetate and read it with matching background music para daw madagdagan ang drama ng poem.hehehe

I'm just so flattered kasi when I was reading the poem everybody seemed to listen well. I don't know baka nadala lang sila sa music. Kasi ginamit ng group ko ung "First Love music box version" as the background. Basta, all I heard was their applause after reading the poem. I'm proud of my self. =)

The story was based on a real life story. AT WAG MAG ASSUME NA AKO YAN. OK?(Defensive?hahaha) BASTA, WALA AKONG SINABING AKO YAN. PERIOD.

Suggestion: Try to read the poem with the background music na ginamit namin. Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2K2444J-cU. Or try the So Close na instrumental by Jon Mclaughlin. Enjoy!n_n

Inside my Prada (for less) bag.

When we are on our way back to school after our "daily routine" I decided to stay at school for a change. I stayed at the Awok for my reading rituals but it seems like inaantok ako. So, I went to the canteen and had my snacks. After eating I decided to continue reading (The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks) on my newly discovered place in school.

I lay down on a bench and feel the gust of the wind. Again inaantok nanaman ako so I started to take photos of my self of course (which is very rare sa maniwala kayo at sa hindi). After that naisip ko kung ano ang susunod ko na blog.

Maybe some of you are wondering kung bat ako may dalang bag palagi kahit walang pasok. Now, you'll get the chance to know why and what's inside my bag.

My favorite bag is my Black Leather Prada Bag (Oo na, hindi sya original! Nabili ko to sa Marbel for Php150. ;D) Favorite ko ang bag na to kasi maraming pockets and mukhang mahal.hahaha! So let's get things going and see what's inside.

First stop, the right pocket.

1. Powder- Dahil sa init ng panahon, lahat ng tao kailangan ng pampapresko even the simplest form. =)
2. Lens Multipurpose Solution- Kahit hindi ko ginagamit lenses ko daladala ko to in case of emergency. hehehe
6. Eraser- Sa maniwala kayo at sa hindi, ang eraser na yan ay 3 years old na! Oo, yan ang ginagamit ko since first year college.hahaha

Next, the left pocket.

1. Rosary Guide- Hindi man nagrereflect sa mukha ko, religious ako noh! hahaha
2. Calculator /Alarm Clock/ Calendar/ "pang-uto na Black Berry phone yan"- Hahaha! I got this one from Teves. Pasalubong nya saken from Hong Kong.
4. Concert Ticket- Dyos ko! Nanghihinayang ako sa ticket na to. Libre pa naman sana. Hindi ko napanood si K! haaaiii.
5. Instruction Guide ng calculator- (pampagulo lang to. Wag pansinin)

XD
2. Hair Wax- Hindi ko na ginagamit to actually. In case lang pag oa na ang buhok ko, pag against my will na sya.hahaha!
3. Umbrella- O diba? Handang handa! Mapainit o mapaulan pa man maglalakad talaga ako!
4. Scientific Calculator- Dahil isa akong Accounting Student (char!). Pwes!
5 & 6. Contact Lens and Lens Cases- Mga undelivered orders. (Nananawagan ako kay Sir Jun Bagaan. Sir! Naa na imong order! Now na!)
7. Lens Kit- O diba? Doraemon pa ang design! Ginagamit ko to in case of emergency lang. =D

2. Notebook- Kulay talong pa ang aking kwaderno.hahaha AT! Nirecycle ko yan from the last semester!hahaha (Kasi wala akong naisulat last sem.hahaha)

This one is considered to be one of the basuras. =)
5. Handouts- Balang araw mapupunta rin to sa basurahan.
6. Cutter- Panaksak sa....sabong ginawa namin material sa carving.hahaha
7. Pencil- Nahindi natahalan simula nang unang ginamit ko for the first time. n_n

O, there you go.
Gudnayt! z_z

Random thought of the day

"Kung maniniwala ka sa isang bagay tiyaking hindi mo lang pinapaniwala ang sarili mo. Kelangang may basehan ang bawat paniniwalang ginagawa mo. Dahil kalaunan pag nagkataon, lahat ng pinaniwalaan mo eh hindi kelan man naniwalang totoo sila."

My one-day journey.

I just started my day being lazy of getting my self to sleep, that was 4am. And finally, i caught some zzzs.

Got alarmed by 8:30am and received a text that the school time was damn adjusted!!!!!! Urgh! But then again, my best hobby, procrastination has taken its place again. "Late narin ako, so magpapalate nalang talaga." =D Mr. Take-a-bath was waiting for the first drops of water on my skin. And not minding na the time was adjusted and 8:45am ang first class ko! So ginawa ko ang lahat ng dapat gawin in 30 minutes. Haven't eaten my breakfast, unfixed hair, wore a not-so-good pair of shoes, at buti nalang I had my teeth brushed. =3

I was on my way to school and sent a text to Mameh. So, I got inside the school and still unfixed hair and rushing my way to the room, hoping na may attendance pang mangyayari.
I was at the HR's stairs, answered Mameh's call. I told her na sabay na kaming papasok para hindi masyadong nakakahiya or should I say para may karamay ako if ever na mapapahiya ako pagpasok.hahaha (Evil me! Sorry Mameh! hahaha)

On our way, we have seen a classmate and seemed to be very relaxed, as if walang pasok. And 'yun na nga, WALANG PASOK! OKHAY!!! But still, looking on its brighter side, mas mahabang oras para sa "kiat".hahaha So, we went downstairs, nakaupo na si Let and Teves sa Awok. Teves started distributing her pasalubongs from Hong Kong, Let got a cute cellphone-looking calculator as well as Jammy and Kath's anticipation of her "tamagochi" has fallen into a nail cutter, but at least from Hong Kong.hahaha And I'm expecting for my calculator tomorrow!hahaha (ang babaw ng mga batang to!hahaha)

So, we had our lunch at Robinsons Foodcourt. We ate at "Eden's Lechon at iba pa", and at last may lechon na nga sila. Kasi the last time that we had our lunch there, we expected na they'll serve lechon kasi nga Eden's "Lechon" at iba pa nga sila, eh wala ni amoy ng lechon. So we had, kinilaw, dinuguan, papitan and lechon of course. PERO! NAKAKABWISIT ANG CASHIER! Umorder kami ng 3 mineral water at ang binigay is isa lang, Teves told her, "Te, tatlo man to among gi order ka tubig." and an unexpected anwer followed, "Bayaran nyo lang po kasi bibigyan naman namin kayo ng tubig. (medyo mataray effect pa)". The nerve of that girl! So dahil nga sa wala kaming breakfast kinain nalang namin ang pagkainis.

After, we went back to school. Kath and I have to wait for an hour para matapos ang klase nila Let, kasi nga "magpapaulan nanaman ng grasya" si Let.hahaha Luckily, 15 minutes pa lang eh na dismiss na sila. Thank God!

At Fagioli. After reading the menu, we had our orders at natigil na rin ang tawanan...for the mean time. =D

While eating the cakes (choco moist is LOVE), John and Let's hot coffees were served and after nibbling the remaining cakes duamting ang samen. Our center of attraction was this "vase looking water container" na nalaman naming "Carafe" lang naman pala ang tawag. Eh mukha kasi syang graduated cylinder!

Our second to the last destination wasat Let's place. Napaka productive diba?hahaha
But to my surprise sabay-sabay kaming nanood ng news! Waiting for the election's updates. Oha! Bawing-bawi! While waiting, we were watching funny videos by K Brosas, Vice Ganda and the funniest yet the most awkward statement from a politician, "Bull**** ka Boy! (ehem ehem) F*** Y***!" (ayoko nang i mention and name baka ako pa ang masaktan.hahaha), over Youtube. And again, the loudest laughs na parang walang bukas. It was 4:45pm nang bigla kong naremember na may assignment kami that has to be written on a whole yellow paper! GO! Banati ug sulat Lenard!". And Lenard the Great finished the assignment in just 20 minutes. *wink

Kath and I went back to school for our 5:30pm class. For the second time around! WALANG PASOK!!!! Lucky me.hehehe

I went back to Let's house with my stomach growls for food. We had our last destination, at last, Chowking highway. Haaaiii! Now, I just got my self back home and shared to you my day with the gang.

'Till the next post! (parang sulat lang ano?hahaha)

Thought of my day

Most of the time, we fail to appreciate small things. Things that we assumed to be nothing that for some these things can make themselves fulfilled and could give them comfort.

A "Good morning!" from you makes a person's day better. A sarcastic "Ok" might be the sweetest reply for her. A bird's chirp could make you smile. To feel the baby's hands gripping your fingers. A hug from a toy. A scent of your favorite perfume. And to make things updated, "A single vote is a road for a change". And we always forget to thank God that we have woke up after a long sleep.

A daily advice, "To treat simple things specially is to give your self a chance of making people happy."

The rise of the "j3j3m0nz! l0lZ!!!"

Nababagabag na ako sa "war of the worlds" na nangyayari over the net.

GOTTA KILL 'EM ALL JEJEMON! :)))
JEJEMON HATERS!

"You can't please everyone." ata ang kanilang motto in life. Idagdag pa natin ang "Take it or leave it." at "Mind your own business." hahaha!

May jejecap, jejeball. jejedex at jejebag! (Yung mga bagay na may rainbow lines. Oo, yun.

Sus! I can't imagine kung pag gising ko sa umaga ang bungad sayo, "3oWh P0wH!!! 60ohd m0rnH!n6!!".Nakakasira ng bait diba???? Parang ayaw mo nang magising!hahaha

Meron akong magandang suggestion sa inyo, my friend Dave gave me this link kung saan matratranslate nito ang "normal" words into nakakalokang "jejemon" words. to give you a sample, eto:

o, normal na normal yan ha.

ang nakakasira ng ulong translation!hahaha

Sa mga gustong i-try eto ang nakakatuwang site. Enjoy! =D

A good start for a bookworm "wanna-be"

Reading has been my hobby these past few months. I have no choice, specially when "brownouts" visit. =D No Facebook. No Youtube. No Google. Not even Microsoft Word for my battery's having major problems! Urgh!

Going back, a good starter for the wanna-bes is to read "The Five People You Meet in Heaven" by Mitch Albom. Let me give you hints why these book is worth reading. No worries, just little parts of it won't spoil everything! =)

It is a story of a man named Eddie, a head maintenance of Ruby Pier, an amusement park. The story started at the end. Weird huh? But as one of the book's best line said, "All endings are also beginnings. We just don't know it at the time."

The "end" started when Eddie died in an accident (it's up to you to find out how.n_n). On his way to heaven he has to meet Five People. Eddie might meet them personally or not. But they have this goal before Eddie find's his way to heaven, and that is to teach him a lesson, to give the meaning of his life. First, he met the "Blue Man". Yes, a blue man, just like the Na'vis. He is normal, aside from he's just blue. hehehe. One of the best lesson Blue Man has taught Eddie was, "No life is a waste. The only time we waste is the time we spend thinking we are alone." Next is Captain, Eddie was a soldier way back when he was still young and strong. He met his captain on the top of a tree. Of all places, why is it has to be there? And they started talking. About Eddie's life, his captain's and if Captain is Eddie's second person. Eddie discovered something that his captain kept for a long time which made Eddie hate his captain. But not until the captain taught his lessons to Eddie, "Sometimes when you sacrifice something precious, you are not losing it. You are just passing it to someone else." The third person is my favorite of the five! A lady that Eddie hasn't met yet, just the time when he died. It was Ruby, the wife of the owner of "Ruby Pier". Even if Eddie worked there, he has no clues on how did the park has that name, as long as he works there, everything's fine. Ruby has one of the best twist in the story. And since it is one of the best, i won't let you know! To give you a clue of what happened Ruby taught this to Eddie, "Things that happened to you before you are born still affects you, and people who come before your time affects you as well." The fourth is Eddies lovely wife, Marguerite. She died because of illness. Before she died, they had problems with their relationship. But dying was never a reason for Eddie's love to fade. "Life dies, Love doesn't", Marguerite said. Inspiring eh? =) And to share to you one of my favorite line from Marguerite, "Love like rain, can nourish from above, drenching couples with soaking joy, but sometimes under the heat of life, love dries on surface and must be nourished from below. Tending to its roots. Keeping itself alive." And the last person is Tala a young kid, sounds Asian eh? Yes, she is a Filipino. She played a big part on Eddie's life. She died because of Eddie, and Eddie killed her without knowing that he did. Tala doesn't speak much but Eddie realized the biggest lesson that a kid could ever taught him. Eddie could've died instead of Tala. Eddie burned the nipa where Tala hid in the middle of the war, and he realized that there is someone in there, but its too late. He wanted to save the kid but its his own life's at stake. Tala taught Eddie that even if she died at her young age, Eddie lived, he was able to make the customers specially the children of Ruby Pier happy and kept them away from danger. He has touched lives. He saved lives. And after that Tala and Eddie had their way to heaven.

So, I have spoiled enough. To those who wanted to read the book, you can purchase it at National Bookstore for less than Php300 and for those who really wanted to read the book but doesn't have the budget to yet, I have an ebook here, just give me your emails and ill send a copy to you. =D

Thanks for the time!n_n

Credits to Letecia Marie Trumata for the Ebook and to Mitch Albom (as if we are close!hahaha)

My first click. weee! ^_^

Alright! My first click in this so called "blogging world". I decided to have my own blog since i can't compensate all my thoughts on my facebook account (facebook.com/lenard.kim). =D

I am Lenard, 18, a 3rd year Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology (sounds unfamiliar eh?) in Notre Dame of Dadiangas University. I live with my own chosen thoughts. Just discovered that taking a seat and a talk with somebody is a a simple way to make me happy.

Hmmm. Since its my first time here, my apologies to everyone who is reading (if there's any). I'll be posting all my random thoughts here. Lame or not. Just bear with it. =)

Ill be posting lots of "random" thoughts in time!
